Gotta be happy for the old man Ross!
Probably last home run of his career and in the W.S. to boot!

Cleveland has made it to the series and lost since the Cubs have even made it. That is maybe more frustrating than what cubs fans are feeling. I get that the Cubs as a franchise have been pathetic for a century, but I don't feel any need to get a warm fuzzy for an aging catcher who hits one out in his final game.

I'm frustrated that injuries have really shit on my team at the end of the year. They are about to become the 4th team to lose the final 2 games at home to finish out the series. How about a warm fuzzy for these fans who HAVE been close and had it ripped out of their hands.

Regardless, great series. Indians will be good until they have to break up the team due to their salary getting too high. Cubs will be good until they mess it up as they can afford to resign their stars instead of trading them.

    Rant over temporarily.

Only thing worse than your team losing after being up 3 games to 1 is watching a Hillary commercial.:topes

Home run! Tie game! Go Francona! Don't let another team reverse a curse!

And now crisp is on base, it's like I'm watching a Sox game :lol3

The Cubs starter never should have been taken out. Crap, tie score.

I agree. They were hitting the ball well off of Hendricks, but right at them. I felt this way on Saturday as I didn't think we should've fatigued our bullpen. Both managers are overthinking. Too much pressure.

    0-0. Game on.

Wow, Cubs are killing it now! A couple more base hits would seal the deal.

This has been one of the best MLB post seasons I've ever seen. What a great series and game 7 to cap it off

Haven't seen a WS game like this since Game 6 in 2011 with the Cards and Rangers.

Tribe needs 2 in the tenth or it's all over. :rayof

Francona should've made a pitching change after the rain delay. He will have to second guess that forever.

2 extra inning losses in game 7 of the series is too much. I still hate thinking about 97'.

Gotta give credit to cubs for not trying to do too much while at the plate. Little sucker punches work pretty well.
