Except when they got the bases loaded in the top of the 10th, two batters in a row trying for grand slams and getting zip.

I stuck with the cardinals in game 6 until the end and was rewarded. My wife came down upset because I'd gone ape shit

We were at game 1 thay year which was also a great win. I still remember the Texas fans chanting "Napoli Napoli".

Not an ideal match up for the tribe at this point.

Three elimination games in a row and they won it all! Congrats Cubbies!

Great baseball played by Cleveland throughout the series. Francona and the boys have no reason to hang their heads.

I still think I like the Cubs as a team better than the red sox.

I am not happy for the cubs. I'll have to deal with them for the next decade.

Theo Epstein is brilliant, his wife is hot, and his kid fugly.

Goodnight from the mistake by the lake.

I've now watched KC and the cubs win a World Series while waiting for an O's championship.

    *sigh*

    Maybe next year.

I'm an A's fan and didn't have much interest in baseball this season, but what a fairytale series. Probably the best i'll ever see. Kudos to both clubs.

3rd time in my life I've had to watch the Tribe lose the Series. I think that is worse than 108 years of not winning or 70+ of not even being there .
    Congratulations to the Cubs!

    Cubs WIN!!!!

what a game!!! Could not believe the Cubs were able to get to Kluber. That guy is good. We'll be seeing the Indians in the playoffs next year. Impressive team.

And thought Maddon screwed the pooch putting Lester in too soon.
