3 new 225/70-15 tires
3 new silver steel wheels
New Timken wheel bearings and seals
Brakes adjusted
Water heater serviced
New tongue jack

I built a custom rear bumper/spare tire carrier for it
installed 4 crank down BAL C Jack stabilizer jacks
Made a “stinky slinky” holder on the nose

I did some popular mods to it:

pvc hanging bar in the bathroom
Refrigerator door upper hinge reinforcement
Refrigerator spill tray (will hold a whole gallon or more)
Awning retaining straps for transport
Door bumper
Electric cord bug stopper
Trailer wire socket holder
Comes with extra water heater anode(ordered and serviced the water heater, but anode was like new)

I bought this trailer, used it for a couple trips, and it’s a very excellent trailer in great shape, selling to go with a small toy hauler type trailer instead.

Weighs about 2600lbs and can be towed with a mid size SUV or pickup. Has dexter torsion axle (3500lb) with electric trailer brakes.

Just had new covers installed on all the cushions, not sat in, or slept in since, I purchased new covers from the upholstery shop that supplies casita, will also come with the old covers(in great shape)

yes there are 2 (full) tanks under the cover

I'm torn between a fiberglass trailer or a toy hauler. Which toy hauler did you go with?

I bought a 7x16 aluminum cargo trailer and will be converting it myself.

a lot more work, but I hope to land with something tailored to my needs.
