The Buffaloe 500 Dual Sport Route will include Stoney riding along with many other private properties and public roads.

Many of the properties we ride for this ride are never open to the public, except during the Buffaloe 500. So this is your chance to ride many private properties and Stoney in a dual sport setting.

Also, The Buffaloe 500 ADV will be back and gravel public roads around southern Indiana.

Proceeds for the ride go towards local first responders and boys and girls clubs.

AMA sanctioned ride. Must be an AMA member to participate. (AMA membership available day of ride)

It’s getting close to this event.

I have a couple of questions which only pertain to the dual sport.

    1. Is there gas available on the route or do we bring a gas can? If I remember correctly last year the club hauled our gas to the lunch area???

    2. Will there be gps tracks? This is the 21st century you know.
If not gps tracks then please make the print on the route sheet big enough for my old eyes to read.

    Thanks

    Looking forward to the ride.

Any update on the adventure route? I would like to scout some sections of it out this weekend with a friend if possible!

Is there much difference between Sat and Sun dual sport ride. I can only go 1 day but it can be either one.

Each day is different on both the ADV and the Dual Sport ride.

Dual Sport ride will be using the same private properties as last year. Stoney, Paint Ball Valley, etc etc.

Cool... if any of the DS guys want the 2017 tracks, I've got them attached here. Trimmed to work on 60CSX. Courtesy of @blackoutt.

Nice but are they exactly the same as last year?
I understand they are using the same property but they could be routing it differently this year on the road sections.

Yes sir. Dual sport is loads of single track on private properties only open during the Buffaloe.

Adv is public roads. Gravel, forest, pavement roads.

Just drove 2 1/2 hours to have them tell us that the Dual Sport ride today is cancelled.
The ADV ride is still on but we didn’t bring gravel road bikes.
