Wow, go Caby. Nice ride there. Raga seems to be the guy really falling off a cliff all of the sudden.

Emma ended up about where I was expecting, good for her for trying T2.

Pretty excited about Farajdo, Busto, Dabill and Cabby back on Beta. Congtats to Bou for topping Dougs record.

It's enjoyable to see them all battle it out swapping places more than usual.

So what was the margin between Bou and Cabes? TrialGP FB page has final scores, as Bou 6 and Cabes 18. TrialGP Live app has Bou 16 and cabes 18..... Big difference!

Remember Raga had elbow surgery the same time as Bou"s issues Any surgery is invasive and no two people recover the same.

Raga was fine indoors when he came back. Not saying it's not bothering him, but it sure didn't show back then.

I remember reading Bou saying this year was going to be tough, with him not being able to train like he wanted with the injury and the new regulations, I assume that meant he couldn't ride the 300 and whatever it was 315/325 ? anymore.

Look at Bincaz and Gelabert.... They were looking like the young pretenders to the throne indoors and now struggling for top ten outdoors. Nice to see Cabes revived a bit and Busto get his first win, but Farjardo is being very consistent....

That's not new. Bincaz, Gelabert, etc have always been around that level outdoors, they never got the chance to ride indoors. The way the kids ride these days lends itself to indoor, and the French have always had a lot of non championship indoor events, so they get lots of practice at it. Which is all to say, I never expected them doing so well indoors to translate to outdoor at all. And it hasn't.

Not sure what your referencing on the regulations?

Checking them I don't see what changed?
FIM_Trial_Regulations_2018.04.22 States grater than 250cc both 2T and 4T for Trial GP. (http://www.fim-live.com/en/sport/regulations-and-documents/trial/)

Section: 3 MOTORCYCLES, CLASSES AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Sub Section 3.1 Motorcycles and Classes

    Paragraph: 5. Championships and Capacities:

    • FIM Trial World Championship TrialGP > 250cc / 2T and 4T
    • FIM Trial2 World Championship Trial2 ≤ 250cc / 2T and ≤300cc / 4T
    • FIM Trial125 World Championship Trial125 ≤ 125cc\
    • FIM Women’s Trial World Championship TrialGP Women ≥ 250cc* / 2T and 4T

Bincaz was struggling in the "Stadium" section in the actual trial today, which surprised me!? I thought that would suit him? He may have been slow in qualifying, but made it through and led briefly. He probably should have stayed in Trial2 a bit longer, but Scorpa supported him moving up?

I don't know, I'll try to find where I read that he said that and post a link, I looked at the regulations when I read that saw where TrialGP was 250 2T and 4T and assumed that was new beings everybody always complaining Honda have the advantage because it was a 325cc or something, rules could have been that way for years, I don't know I'm a newby(sp) :confused

Its all good. Just trying to understand, hence why I posted the link to the FIM regulations and added my quote of them.

Maybe their was some debate before the beginning of the season on some of the regulations?
