That's a shame. The fact that we still get the Fury probably says more about us than it does them.
I took a Honda Fury out for a dealer lead short demo ride and the damn thing ran out of gas.
Small tank, big engine.
Did it make you furious?
Here you are again.
The Fury's fuel tank has a Reserve sensor, supposedly there to warn idiots that fuel is low.
And it came on half way through the group ride and ran dry shortly after.
Reserve should be good for 40-50km. I don't get it.
Not that I like this stupid ugly monster anyways -- I sat on one once and nearly dropped it such
is it dangerously un-stable .
Ugly, useless, and built to last hahaha
The temperature went up to 14 degrees today. Decided to have my scoot washed for the first time in 3 months.
Now that's some soap
Is Honda bringing the Forza to the US for 2020? The article from RideApart seems to imply so but lacks details.
Nothing on the Honda website...
I sat on one in Spain a while back (summer 2018) and thought it was comfortable. I'd definitely would take a look at it if Honda brought it to the US.
I've probably already said it in this thread: if Honda brings new Forza 300 to USA, I'm buying two of them.
So they only need one shipping container to do the whole country.
I have a 2014 Forza 300 and I think I might have seen two others on the road in Canada. Or maybe it was the same one twice.
127,000 km on mine but it is raining right now. The RCMP might have a shoot to kill order out soon.
Here's another article:
Still nothing on the Honda website though.
The article is ambiguous, in fact it's about their MY2020 launch in Europe. The RideApart mentions 3 sources for this:
https://www.bikewale.com/news/45855-2020-honda-forza-300-unveiled.html (this one is for India)
https://www.zigwheels.com/news-features/news/2020-honda-forza-300-maxi-scooter-unveiled/37828/ (this one too)
So yeah, they are not gonna bring it to USA anytime soon. Maybe starting with the 4th Gen.
Sons of bitches!
Now here are some interesting news for this year
Forza is getting bigger. 750 cc bigger it seems, a combination between NC750X and Integra
(Use Google Chrome to translate the pages)
Now they got my attention again, I was just about to pull the trigger and go for a Kymco AK550 but it will have to wait now.
So basically a street version of the X-Adv?
I didn't look too hard for the spec's but I'm thinking we will not see the 750 version here anyway.
I'm still hoping they do bring the 300 or 350 model here and its not too heavy.
Heavy meaning does not exceed 2.5 times my actual weight. That's a formula told to me by a friend who also has some mobility issues.
Wrong way round, the XADV was launched in 2017 as a dirt version of the existing Integra which was one of the original NC series launched in 2012.
The new machine in the teaser video will likely be a facelifted and re-named Integra.
Now there's a reason not to lose weight...
180 pounds times 2.5 is 450 pounds or about what my Forza weighs.
