With Torrey at center and Todd and Troy at guards, the HB offensive line kept Jason safe with Arnie’s secret recipe.

not just really about the food and remembering arnie....it's an opportunity to meet other riders. makes it easier to plan the next day ride with other like-minded people.

FRIDAY is another beautiful day....and i want to ride.

since most of the groups are gone, i posted on the board if any noobs are still in camp and need a ride leader, which i volunteered myself. who else would make me look good other than other noobs.

took them Ballarat for an easy shakedown ride.....except after the sandy section this couple turned around. smart move since heavy bike, 2-up, and road tires are not a great combination. you heard, it was jimmy lewis who said that.

^^^ doesn't feel cramped when I ride off-road. 'If' I was ridin on the road alot it sure would be. If I recall correctly I was also hunched over because I was cold. I spent some time on that stretch laying almost on the tank to try to stay warmer.

the highlight on FRIDAY is getting Jimmy Lewis to teach us how to become a better rider. this time, instead of doing a demo ride, we decided a Q & A will be more helpful since the noobs have so many things in our minds we need to clear up.

Jimmy has been a supporter of this event for at least 7 years and he doesn't get an appearance fee. he also donates 50% vouchers to the raffly and $1K to charity (part of the class tuition attended by the noobs). i think the truth is he just wants to ride my 701...:D

we're happy to see the turnout and people asking questions which is good for everyone willing to learn. we also raffled two 50% voucher to the jimmy lewis class.

    the 2 lucky winners.....:clap
