    Comparing new to new - EGS vs FLHTP

    The FLHTP gets you: Luggage rack (radio box mount), Police seat, rear crashbar, 5.3" of ground clearance (vs EGS 4.9"), passing lamps, a little more lean angle (32 degrees both direction vs EGS: 29L/31R), RDRS standard, LED Daymaker Headlight standard...

    I think the handlebars are a little taller on the police bike as well, although that might be an option you (or the PD) has to order specifically.

    And the potential to get a color other than black :D

    The 2020 FLHTPs have heated handlebar grips. 16 and 17 inch wheels

    Yup, and I think the wheels have been that way for a while, my 2016 FLHP is set up like that

    But I thought the EGS was too, the wheels, which I think was why I didn't mention it.

    Another is if you push back while your riding it takes pressure off of your taint.
