Bummed about the fires, but I'm still in. Worked freed up a bit, so I'm going to head for 2510 on Thursday afternoon.

ETA: I've yet to ride Millican and would love to go explore that area.

    Thanks for the info Scott,
I'm OK with whoops and sand makes me fall down. The good thing about falling down for me is I'm close to the ground so the fall isn't far.

Is there maps available on the internet? I'm guessing yes and I haven't searched yet. If you have the link would you post it so I can print the map off to bring with me?

I suspect I'm going to freeze my backside off so I'm going to bring lots of warm stuff, like two sleeping bags and my buddy heater for the van.

I'd enjoy riding along with you. I do ride slow and I haven't ridden the Superbug:pynd in two years so my dirt skills are very, very rusty. If I slow you down I can head back to camp on my own with no problem.
Looks like I should bring the Superbug:pynd and the XR100.

I'm a big fan of Maplets. Download the app to your phone and search for the map(s) you want. Then, once loaded, they are GPS-enabled so you can see where you are in relation to the map. Works without cell coverage, too.

Thanks El Pacifico - That is a great link to save for any OHV riders in Central Oregon and they issue it weekly. I wish they would have put notification on the Burns on it, but it usually is pretty good information, and has links to all the OHV maps near the riding areas this weekend.

    See ya tomorrow.

I'm planning to arrive Friday evening for my second ADV adventure. Looking forward to checking out a new area. I'll be bringing my 12 year old son along... we'll work on the "Earmuffs" command on the drive over just in case...

Since you are going to be there you have the Ladybug watch. That means when I get lost and don't get back to camp by dark you will get to go for a night ride while you are looking for me. :lol3

I'll probably be there tomorrow late afternoon.

Leaving Spokane in a bit and I won't get to camp today. I still need to get my off-road stickers. I know where to get them in Prineville but I won't get there before they close. I think I might only go as far as The Dalles today and be to camp before noon tomorrow. I hope if everyone is out riding I end up in the right campground. :lol3

You'll be fine finding camp Sherry, google earth will get you there.
Good KTM store in the Dalles, go for a nosey & get your OHV sticker there.
The Clock Tower pub is good for dinner too...just not the best for parking with trailered bikes.

    Enjoy your adventure.

I'll be headed over in another hour or so on the 501, probably taking lots of breaks.
