Tonight the Green Bay Packers take on the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field for the NFL opener. I'm taking Chicago.

The NFL better hope this game isn't the shape of things to come , they both look like JV teams , and not very good ones at that . Sound is off , how hard are Collinsworth and what's-his-name working to make this look like professional football?

Ref Ball in the No Fun League is in full effect.

However I would like to point out the Bears defence was really their offensive line, they were the ones pushing the ball downfield. 1st & 40, good lord. :photog
Good time to be a kicker I guess.

Packer, Bear games are always ugly, thou I think the new norm of sitting starters thru preseason will be a couple sloppy weeks for teams which is better than watching a key player be lost for the year.

Dunno man , a good defensive struggle is one thing , this was simply a pitiful performance from both teams . These guys get paid big money to be professional .

AB isn't all that great , he is acting like he has the talent Jerry Rice possessed and behaving like a 10 year old .

They are usually pretty crappy penalties and such but I agree they get paid way to much to put a crap effort but welcome to the new nfl.

It is a really hard game to judge the teams performance good or bad. I hope that the Packers can improve on offense thou new coach, offense and young players against that Bears defence is tough.
