I am out. :( Developed a leaky fork seal this weekend, I think some of that Arizona super mud worked its way into the seal, it started to dribble on Sunday. I have cleaned it and think it is good again, but don't want to be very far from home if it fails, need to do a ride close to home to see if it is indeed fixed. Major disappointment, was hoping to meet some new FFs and ride again with others.

Double S meats is just south of Tonasket and they make great local steak and burger. Not sure about jerky sticks? We process our own game meat for all our jerky/sausage stuff.

I'm not going to be able to make this one. Maybe next year if you do it again.

If I were to truck my 500 over on a hitch carrier rather than ride the GS, I could then sleep in the bed and handle a second bike. If your situation were to worsen, a lift to Post Falls would not be a problem.

(Earlier I had been contemplating using the cargo trailer, but it's full of equipment I don't yet have a place to unload...)

Getting all my gear lined up. Oh snap I forgot I have to carry all of Scooter Scott's stuff too. Payback for him hauling half of my stuff all the way across Idaho last August. Getting stoked to see what Motley Crue shows up this weekend!

@Dusty Pipes all routes are big bike friendly

    I've started packing.
Checked over the bike (still blue, still dirty, still close to 600 lbs ).

    Looking forward to the weekend.

Oh man, my old Garmin decided to no longer be recognized and I just spent a bunch of time swearing. But finally got the tracks edited down to < 500 points, names shortened, and loaded on the old trust beat up 60CSX. Removing batteries & SD and starting from scratch fixed everything :deal

Tracks loaded (two different places.) Most of camping gear gathered. Took off all day Friday. Planning on riding an XR650L this year. But plans are subject to change.
