You aren't the only one to go from a Multi to GSA...I made that choice myself in December.

    This was my Multi:

Moved on from Caponord 1200 to 1250 HP. Best bike I ever had, makes me a faster rider than I've ever been :) 2491164_Dragon_ride.jpg 4465E885-EA7A-4B3B-BF08-37A84496F6B7.jpg

I just acquired a 2019 R1250RTP including all the lights (swapped to white lights). None of the electronics have been cut. It only has 800 miles on it. It has never been dropped. And it is not stolen. I take delivery next Friday.

Permit me to make a prediction: Many...but not all...of the motorists you follow will drive at, or slightly below, the posted speed limits.

This might be a long shot, but does anyone have pictures of a ‘19 1250GS (not GSA) Exclusive package with black Vario cases installed?

You know I'm pretty sure I read some of your comments while I was considering. My biggest worry was giving up/loosing too much performance coming from the Multistrada. I'm only about 300 miles into the GSA at this point. Although not fully broken in, I believe I will be happy. It's a gruntier engine than than Multi, but less top end. Not necessarily slower, just quick in a different way. It got good character, which is a big deal for me. I hate sterile bikes. Looking forward to post break in performance.

I also took into account your change from the GSA back to the GS. I originally planned on the GS HP, but as time went on, was up for trying the difference the GSA offered.

Not sure. It is the normal 2019RTP minus gun rack, radar, and hud. The stock radio was not installed but all the wording is there and, of course, the blue lights were changed to white.

My previous post is line from Blues Brothers at the beginning of the movie... I'm sure '19 RTP doesn't have 440ci engine but it may have few other LEO speshols that civilian version does not… :lol3

I'm glad I don't live in SC so you won't be able to sneak up on me w dat thing... :rofl

That's interesting: when using the "Build your own" feature on the BMW website, the wire spoked wheels don't show up as an option with the Exclusive package. The one in the photo certainly has them. Thanks for the photo!

I called the dealer yesterday at noon to do the Ride Now Pay Later... he is an out of town dealer and has the bike I want and I can ride it home(4 hours).
Give me your best price and let’s do it.
Pack up my gear and head up there.
Calls me back with the price, essentially getting Nav6 at no charge and $500 off ...
OK let’s do it I say.
Get an email saying that BMW has limited support on weekends and I would have to pay cash to get the deal done or bring a bank draft.
He has been sitting on these two bikes for the entire season, since March.
I kind of thought he would want to get the deal done before the end of the month.
    Nope.
I email him back and said I guess I’ll just order a 2020 when I get back. .
His reply is OK no problem...
Really, was there no way to get this done?
    Really?
I really wanted to do this deal, and use them instead of the local dealer, but it looks like I’ll just wait another month for my 2020.
What is the Ride Now Pay Later paperwork like? How can it be any different than a loan?

It's strange isn't it? HP Motorsport is the only package that comes up w wire spoked wheels when you select it - all others do not mention wire spoked wheels anywhere (or at least I couldn't see it)… :dunno

The bike that I showed picture of was one of the BMW demo fleet bikes on BMW demo tour all over USA so having one exactly like that is definitely an option - dealer should be able to help you select all of the correct features... :deal
