This seems to be the preferred place to camp. Is this correct? If so I'll make reservations today. Thanks.

Luckily for those of us racing it sounds like the fast people are not, despite making the trip to the rally.

    Maybe it'll snow...

I’m not sure if this is the preferred place or not. Never done this rally before. I will be at campsite 6 and 7. If you stay there stop by and say hello. The plan is to have plenty of beer and good times.

im planning on getting down to the clinic a little early this time around hell may even try to camp the night before at one of the camp grounds. Im just down to help this year no racing for the bubble bobble shes a little rough and i worked too much and rode to little in 2019, going to try to bring an extra bike or two in case anyone has a mechanical or wads up there bike so they can finish out the day/weekend. if anyone is interested ill gladly help with suspension set up before or after the Clinic, will have tools, prob extra tires, etc. Look for the big white bus and blue DR that will be me.

I'm coming down Thursday after work so I'll miss Bill's class. I have reservations at H Cooper Black. I'll have extra room in my SUV for anyone if they need supplies hauled around. I'm on the fence about bringing my bike. I'm signed up to work all three days I may not have any time to ride. I haven't got my assignments yet but basically checked all the boxes and I'm willing to help out in any capacity.

Can anyone comment on the app for course notes? Could it replace the road book we use for transit navigation? Last year I cut all the stage notes out and still needed to refill the roll chart at service.

I've seen a few people use it, apparently with success as they typically showed up at the next stage. I farted around with it for a few minutes a few years ago but opted to stick to paper.

Maybe felt longer due to the time dilation you experienced while moving so fast.

I used it in 2018 and it worked great for both the stage and transit. I had the turn by turn on bluetooth in my helmet. I couldn't get it to work last year. I'm glad I didn't count on it! Let's hope they don't use that thick paper for the roll chart again.

I see I'm not the only one.

I thought about emailing Andrew F about using different paper.

Unfortunately I have to withdraw my entry for this year. I'm overwhelmed with work and travel. I can't imagine enjoying the rally or even focusing any of my attention on riding it.
