Unless you're getting OE Vario cases that usually go onto GS, you don't need those footpegs and can carry on with your Adv pegs. :deal

Im not thinking of the variou anyway, I'm looking towards Motech
The Motech Trax in black is good for my bike. 2 side boxes and use bag for the top. My carrier looks different from aluminium top carriers. Gallery_1_1543334674.jpg carriers.

So it looks like your bike is spec'd the same as the one I got. Just agreed on a deal today & brought it. Very happy, going to be flying in and riding it home back to N.C via the Ozarks I guess. Couldn't be more happier with the bike, has all the extra's and spec's on it that I wanted at a great deal. All the local dealers to me never had anything close to the spec's on this bike. Plus got the bags. Just starting to buy the few protection add on's it does not have. My work is crazy busy during Covid, so have to book a few days off to go collect it. Well be a nice relief from all the stress of the last few months.

Looking forward to being back on a BMW, I'll miss the power of the Ducati Enduro, but hopefully the slightly more low down torque of the R1250 motor wins out over the small horsepower loss to the Ducati DVT engine. Although to be honest my 2016 Multistrada never really felt that powerful.

I just picked this up today. Amazing bike is an understatement, so well worth the wait. Looking forward to becoming a more active member of the forum and ADV community in general. IMG_0022.jpg

I picked this up today at Eurosport Asheville, NC. Great people there who really care!
My first ever BMW in 50 years of riding. I love it so far. There is a learning curve regarding the TFT and all the settings.

I got my bike back from the dealer yesterday. They determined the problem was a bad battery and replaced it under warranty. They checked it for a few days and all seemed okay. I rode it for a few hours today and all was normal. I will check the voltage every morning and note it. I read through the BMW Roadside Assistance feature in detail this week in case I need it again. It worked well for me this time.

Sold my 2016 KTM 1290 SA in the morning, by 6 pm the same day I was heading home with my new 2020 BMW R1250 GS Adventure.

Haven't had a chance yet to take her for a spin but I am looking forward to it.

So what to do with the CV19 stimulus money? New shoes of course..

Just added a set of Woody Wheels 21" front / 17" rear to the love of my life.. Gold rims w/ Blue Anodized Hubs..
Either you like the gold wheels or you don't.. these pics on for those of you on the "like" side; the rest of you can put on your shades so you won't get blinded!

The spokes are 4.58mm versus 3.58mm. Wheels feel lighter than OEM.. should have weighed them but forgot to.. :(

Rear wheel side/side with the OEM ones. The Takasago Wheels are a shiny chrome-looking gold versus the anodized matted OEM gold.
    They're "Golden" on me.. Running Mitas E-07 150/70 R17

    Front 21" side/side w/ Front 19" OEM. Fronts are Mitas E-07 90/90-R21

I'll post a video of me unboxing, mounting, and some modification work required on the mud guard to mount the 21 fronts.
I do alot of back country / off-road riding so having that larger 21" w/ stronger rims / spokes combo is one of the most important upgrades for my GSes, generally speaking.
It's a pretty penny for the set... but so was the OEM 19" rim I damaged off road and required fixing afterwards :).

    Nice!

    Tubless?

Do they mess with the TC or ABS?

Front is tubed, rear is tubeless.

3rd set.. 2014 gsa, 2017 rallye now this 2019 gsa. No errors or loss of TC / ABS that i have experienced.

I do lose my tpms system.. disabled since cant run just one rear sensor...
