My team mates on 522x were great. I crashed hard in my section breaking my collarbone and a bunch of ribs. The team came and got me and we got back in the race,... and won. I thought I had lost it for us. They came together and rallied for the win!

We should chat when things slow down for you, turns out we have some mutual acquaintances on your team.
Good job, glad you are mostly ok, you had us worried there for a bit.

Congrats to 725X - that's an incredible solo ride! Would love to hear your thoughts on the race when you get rested up.

Also, hat's off to the 522X team. There was some confusion on Weatherman last night after you went down. Seems like you carried on for awhile with the broke collarbone & ribs - great recovery to go on and win!

Thanks for the following and support amigos! This was by far the most brutal race I have ever done . Heck , I had never been awake 36 hours in my life and watched two sunrises without going to sleep
Of course I was expecting a very physically & mentally demanding race , but the course layout kinda sucked imho. More than 300 miles of rocks ,tight almost hard enduro stuff . I don’t know if other Baja 1000’s have been like this, but I can’t imagine Johnny Campbell going 5mph rock crawling on the big old xr650 ‍♂️
about the trophy trucks yeah I was for sure keeping and eye out for those , good thing they passed me at night . The most impressive I got to witness was Bryce Menzies , flat out in 4 ft deep whoops . Trophy trucks make it look boring ... just point and pin it !
I have really enjoyed my time in Baja with the monkey business team and all Mexican fans (not to mention the tacos !) beautiful place
But don’t know if I would do it again if the layout is 30% enduro stuff
Feel free to ask my questions
