Let's hope this is it. It makes me think maybe they pulled it back or it's just not ready.

It's on Kawasaki.com. It takes forever for the website to load, probably because of traffic.

That's the new Tenere release style. But only two months, not another year...possibly.

I finally got the new teaser video for the January release to load from their site... Still looks like there may be another dualsport in the works... They showed one pulling from dirt onto a 2 lane highway.... Still pretty bummed not to see a new KLR release this morning though...

I am glad to see the KLX300. That means the other two companies will probably follow suit for the smaller ventures. As for the KLR, the teaser for the January release still shows the KLR covered and shadow so it's definitely getting announced then. The previous comparisons are to close not to be a new KLR. 63 days until we find out!

Edit: And the fact they released an actual sumo specific machine is amazing. More unexpected than the 300 update itself. New bikes are always good!

So...KLX300...302lbs (but only 2 gallons of fuel). I still like it! Now I have to go see one...eventually. Suspension reads as 10" with comp adj in front and 9.1" with rebound and preload in back. Still probably better than the stuff my DR came with. I know this comes a bit of a bummer for some, but I am exited to see one. Hell, the KLX250 was on my short list two years ago...and now: 300 (292cc). Plus, maybe something MORE brewing for late January? Now that Yamaha axed the WR250R, this bike may be the ticket for the Japanese offerings?!?

Edit: And a SUMO to boot? I like it!

    WTF!
Where is the new KLR 700 ???

They was speaking about 6 (six) new models but they presented only five:

    1. ZX-10R/RR
    2. Versys SE 1000 (the one for selling ice creams)
    3. KLR 300 ('80 style for my grandpa)
    4. KLR 300 motard (for french youngs)
    5. H2 SE Hypernaked (to jump on the moon without waiting for Musk rockets)

This are five bike, not six! Are they joking?
I'm quite angry and disappointed :dirtdog

I have few hopes about 26 January, they lost their credibility at my eyes.... :topes

I'm just a kawy fan and hoping they bring out a bike similar to the t7. if not it's off to yama land.

Well, they updated 4 bikes and introduced 1 new one, the KLX300SM. Which still really isn't a new bike either, just a KLX250 with a bigger motor and different wheels and tires. At least it's 5 models with something more done to them than bold new graphics.

We'll see what happens in January.

That KLX300 with fuel injection and being 100 lbs lighter than my '04 Gen 1 KLR is very attractive.

I’ve lost faith waiting for a KLR to compete with Yamaha T7. Based on the Jan26th teaser, betting they just update the Versys 300 electronics and put spoked rims on the Versys 650.

I see two bikes with spokes, a smaller version with plain aluminum rims, and a larger version with black rims. Since they've already released the KLX300 and all the dirt bikes, My guess is two adventure bikes.
