Finally got out and about.
Even helped a buddy with his Cam timing
South end of West Harrison FSR on the wrong bike, lots of vehicle, quad and SxS traffic this afternoon.
Like that CX650E.... I did a 90% restoration on one before it moved to a new owner.

Gimli Manitoba, still Ice on Lake Winnipeg.
Beautiful day today.
Supposed to SNOW overnight, so when The_Filly suggested I get the bike out, being the smart fella that I am (quit laughing) I took her advice. Need to get some gas out of the tank, to make it's removal easier anyway, so I can install an airhorn compressor
Imagine my surprise when in the middle of butt fuck nowhere, I stumble across a Phone Booth (no sign of Superman however) I picked up the receiver & it even had a dial tone I should have called someone
That’s a rare find..... I thought phone booths were extinct.
I posted this in a local riding group & there might be two more close enough for me to see if I can "find"
Glad to finally get out!
Been out riding since late February this year around central Alberta. A few pics on my phone from rides so far this season.
Today’s brief afternoon trip into the mountains south of Chilliwack, with a cold bevvie at Tim’s in Abbotsford.
Quick shake down ride in the dirt with new suspension and Vortex ECU.
Not my first ride, but definitely my first picture of 2021! Eagle Bay on the Arrow Lake.
hehe these are fun
That’s brand new!
sold the 1090 to a nice person last week
I thought you were trash talking that 1090 the other day.
I had a long look at a 790 last time I was at Lochsa Lodge. Pretty interesting bike.
Would never trash talk the 1090 noooo or any bike, maybe you confused it with me talking of my skills on the 1090 :)
Edit to : except when they deliberately through me to the ground
Even better in person. Quite amazing that 890. Oh, and I went right out and bought a lottery ticket or 6. And, I wonder if that could be my one and only bike? Hmmmm … the mind wanders when one has severe bike envy.
