I"m not BS'ing. I got lucky. Check the Yamaha dealer inventory link I posted yesterday. The bikes are out there.
If you don't believe me I'll post a pic of the bike when I get it.

Thanks. I'll post pics when I get the bike. Just found out that I can't get an appointment to register the bike at the CT DMV until mid October. WTF Over.

What is the Vin# (last 4#’s)? Curious how many they have produced for the states.

I bet the 2022 bikes go up at least $500.

Just got mine last week, red and white #795, but it was manufactured 4/20, took a whole to get her but I put my deposit down in Aug. So I didn't have to wait long. Got lucky I guess. Really like the bike but suspension is shit for off road here in Arizona, high speed damping sucks FR and RR. We will work it, got Racetech gold vales and a .80 rear spring coming, should help out quite a bit.

It was right in my case, quite a surprise when I called the dealer and they said they had one available. Picked it up this morning...

I've called a bunch of dealers and most tell me they hope to get some, but don't know when. Most even say that they haven't been offered the opportunity to place orders. I have found one, however, who says they have one coming in the 2nd half of October, in my color, that is not yet spoken for. Should I believe them?

Congrats, you found one. Its a cluster fuck here in the Northwest. Mine went from mid Sept . shipment to Jan or Feb. Thats with a deposit. The demand in our area was way underestimated.

I will probably just wait it out. Like others have said there could be a price increase for 2021.

I was actually on the waiting list at power motorsports in Oregon cuz I have bought from them before. They had a blue one that became available about a week ago and they called me, but tried to change the price, so I said no thanks. Found a white one, which I preferred in Arizona just a few days later.

I had talked to several dealers and they were all expecting the next ones to arrive mid to late October. So I’d say keep in touch with all the dealers in your search radius and stay on the dealer inventory search function on the Yamaha website, which is how I found mine.

good luck to all who are looking, Fun bike!

Power Motorsports is one that shows up on Yamahas dealer inventory list in Oregon . But yet they have none. I did notice the were $500 over msrp on the t700. Purchased my last 2 new bikes from them but won't do that anymore. Not with the gouging.

my sales guy at Power, that I have bought from before, originally told me it would be msrp.

When he called with an available bike, they told me it would be msrp+$1000. I said no way.

Luckily found one a few days later, closer and at msrp. So it all worked out, but disappointed to have the gouge attempt from power. Plus I got the feeling they had called several people at the same time that they called me...smh
