Thinking about getting a used 2610 for off road use. I need to load tracks on it to do the oregon backcountry discovery route. It looks like this unit will do it. I have a garmin 5 right now but am having issues with it. How wiould these units compare. It looks like you can download tracks to the 2610 and it will hold enough thanks

2610 is a nice street unit. It will record tracks but will not display them for navigation. The touch screen on the 2610 gets jumpy when exposed to alot of dust or dirt - mine anyway. I'm guessing you want a bigger screen - maybe a 276 - alhough I think it will be be black and white but it will handle tracks well - Good luck
