thanks peeps for showing interest and that will help me in the planning.

also, only way we could get jimmy to offer a class is get a count of students. jimmy needs to include the pahrump class on his schedule several months ahead of time. if there's a class, i don't think he'll take off the weekend of the rally. this will compel him to a demo on saturday night and do the skills contest.

please post up if you think you can join the rally and take the 2-day class (wednesday and thursday).

will be posting it in august, still need to work on the registration website basecamp4adv.com.

simone, i'll request the pahrump parks and recreation department to constantly water the grass and keep it green. we will have a manicured grass and a nice shade where you will set your tent. baldheaded will be your neighbor but he'll have the sprinkler head and massive tree roots in his spot. that can be fixed for the right price...:D

JL class is the best investment in safety available. Also, JL and Heather are incredible instructors.

Yeah it is. You can just tell by how hard I was paying attention. (3rd from the right in the light grey jacket and pants) :lol3

And having some better skills also makes riding more fun. Life is good when the bike isn't beating you up.

I had to break down and put my hearing aids in.

For those who may think that a dry lake training class is all about speed?
The answer is no. Jimmy Lewis gets you channeling your inner balance in about fifteen minutes back at the yard. Out there on the dry lake you take step after step developing the skills for control. Control anywhere. From that Starbuck's Parking lot to an off camber slippy sand dune. By the end of the day/s you will be amazed at how much better rider you are.
Heather and Jimmy help pick old farts motorcycles when they run out of skill and muscle. :muutt:wings
