Never done Red Sky but Mom’s Diner makes an excellent breakfast. If their lunch & dinner are anything like their breakfast, you’ll be in good shape.

french vanilla and the original coffeemate. 2 of each please, powdered sugar and thanks noel.

sorry to see you're having issues. hope not too expensive.

so anyone wants to buy a tee....maybe we can still sell it to others in camp.

peeps, we have a very small mark up on the tees and nothing on the tumblers; and if we don't sell them all i'm the one going to get dinged.

hey, nice to see stonewall. met him at brown's camp when he used to run the WMRS.

I would think at 7. anyone wants to help is welcome.

thanks diego. i don't know what else we need but if you see me in camp running around without a head, come and rescue me.

    GARAGE SALE:

every item sold and donated to the cause will go to the Stewards of the Sierras. they're good people and at the gateway to Yosemite. they're maintaining one of the most beautiful forest in california and represents the motorized community.

    RAFFLE TICKETS:
sale of raffle tickets goes to Blue Ribbon Coalition who are having a hell of fight keeping the southern nevada desert open to the public. if we hit $2K, i will donate a Garmin Montana 680. let's support Nevada.

we have over a thousand dollars of raffle prizes from SENA, Mosko Moto and others. the ratio of ticket sales to the value of the prizes should be 2:1

    CAMP CHAIRS:
if you're trucking, please bring at least 1 extra chair for those peeps who are riding IN.

I love Miss Kathy's she prepares lunch items daily worth the stop for grub and suds. No menu, you just eat what ever she's made that day.

I arrived with my Moto-Mule Adventure Trailer.

I set up my Moto-Mule ‘RV configuration’.

This trip I didn’t even bother bringing a larger tent, I’ll just sleep on the ‘mule for the duration.

l set up my NC700XD into its off-roading configuration and ready for Jimmy’s class on Wednesday morning.

I've spent the last two days trying to work around my spasming back. Old age and a mis-spent youth are to blame. OK, and maybe yardwork and some furniture moving. That meant my pace was slowed a good deal so that I'll be wasting today finishing what I needed to finish yesterday. I figure/hope to arrive early to late afternoon Thursday. I'll be treading very lightly with riding.
As I carefully made my way from the grocery store to my car yesterday a pair of women asked if I needed help.
I was carrying a box of instant oatmeal and two pounds of coffee. :-)
I thanked them for their concern and said I figured I could manage.

I'm better this morning, but no where near 100%. Sleeping on the ground after a long motorcycle ride is therapeutic so I've got that to look forward to. :clap
I may have to stop in Tecopa for an equally therapeutic soak.

Anybody driving up from L.A./ OC tomorrow early AM? Planning on leaving around 5-6am to try and beat the LA Traffic. If so I'll see you on the road, Black Tacoma. If anybody needs camping chairs/ fire wood/ other stuff carried out there let me know because I should have some room.

What are you riding? Friday morning stretch around Shadow Mtn might a bit o work on a big bike, everything else should be should be no problem.
Some parts of saturday might be 'interesting' too. Everything out there is new to me, so i'm not really sure.

Ask Joel or someone to point me out or look for this rig...

Good info. Looking forward to stopping by :nod

Maybe we'll hook up. Not sure if I will do Rocky Gap as out-n-back or loop around.
