Hell yes you can do it ! Your time is now !
...and if worse comes to worst I'd recommend a little of friar mike's scotch. Tastes way better than sominex, too.
I wondered briefly how a guy would prepare for inserting something like that megaphone up the ole brown eye.
Then I decided there were too many haunting mental images associated with the answer and changed subjects.
More beans / less pork, dude.
Two smokes forever.
You stay safe and have a great time! I wish that I were able to go with, but somehow I think that this ride is just meant for you and the open road. Instead, I will follow your adventure along with the rest of ADV world and enjoy the sights and descriptions you relay in a way that only you can.
I would tell everyone that I personally will be picking up the slack at work while your gone, but everyone here know's that I would be full of S**T if I did say that, because you don't do any work! Have a great trip and have a beer in Key West for me!
Hey Gus........Have a FUN/SAFE trip!!!!
Gustifer....have a great ride and make sure you touch bases every now and then.
"Ride it like ya stole it" Fite
Hey, thanks for the call- I will be following you on the radio- if they don't broadcast it at 245am on saturday mornings only? How is a brutha with a jobby-job supposed to follow along at that hour? Have fun and Godspeed!
see-ya wingman we will try to keep things going around here while your gone I told Mary just to call if she needs help. later dude
Thanks for the wishes. I will bring you all along as my time off of the bike will allow.
The bike is loaded on the trailer (no it ain't no stinkin Harley) and the truck is full of fuel.
I have some final laundry and clothes packing as well as spending time with my bride prior to blasting off for Haines this afternoon.
Isn't is funny how something just gets missed?
The thing I found last night was the trailer tags. Yep out of date. Dang!
Yet a small issue as far as it could have been.
Tomorrow morning I will be on the radio during the Alaskan hour of 300am. That sucks until I get in Florida and on Florida time. The show will be a little easier to sound awake. OR not!
Read a planned weekly addition to the scheduled programs here: http://sidestandup.com/default.aspx
There are a few areas on the web site which could enhance our riding experience. Have a look.
The radio program is simulcast for now, at: http://www.espnflorida.com
And away we go!
Be safe and have a great ride! Keep us up to date on your travels.
Ride safe, Gusgus!
I hear Willy singing On the Road Again in the background. Or is it Born to be Wild? Both great road songs.
Ride Safe buddy

True... but not as bad as it would if you were the dude that had to call in. I'm thinking Mary might be taping this, eh?
Lord Gawd let it be true!
