we discontinued importation/sales of the green 'Army' 7L bladder after a good few years (we were unaware of the 4L): it was not truly fold able (well, not roll-able) so empty storage for our customers was an issue, then folded over double the one sides tie-down eyelets are then unavailable, and repeated folding caused the top surface to crack/peel off the lower substrate - not meant as a crit on anyone's product - this was our feedback from customers.
    Cheers

Have you heard of Fleximake? Looks like they might be around your neck of the woods:

17 Pickett St, Dandenong VIC 3175, Australia

I got an email from them yesterday. Floored me on the shipping - $60 AUD, to the USA! For a 4L bag. Regulations, fees that much there?

I just picked up 2 of the desert fox 5l bladders from FlyingBrick in ZA. Shipping wasn't cheap, but with the current exchange rate, the bladders were about $45 each. Great customer service too!

Are the threads on the filler neck BSP standard? That's different than those here, so I'm concerned about getting a spout that fits those bags well.

I made an offer to the vender of $45 shipped and he accepted. Took about three weeks to arrive. The bag seems very sturdy and well made. I filled it, put all my weight on it and it held fine. I turned it upside down and left it in my shed for a week. No leakage, no fumes. I didn't measure pecisely, but it seems like it holds close to 1.5 gallons. I do wish it folded/rolled up a little more compactly. Storing it flat probably is most compact. My only other gripe would be it's a little difficult to pour it out and completely empty the bladder with the spout in the middle, but not that big of a deal. I think this is a great $45 solution for carrying extra gas.

Until you want to pour the fuel out. The spout leaks and doesn't store inside the bag so gets dirty. Not ideal on EFI bikes.. You get what you pay for I guess.

Check out the spout in the link below . Its super cheap and nasty no o ring and poor fitting. So when its screwed in and your pouring fuel it leaks . You need the spout as the hole in the bag is in an awkward spot. But the bag doesn't leak fuel in transit and doesn't really leak much smell . But when it comes to fuel I want something that 100% works I don't want a drop of fuel dripping onto my hot header pipe...
