FWIW there are a plethora of awesome day rides from Los Arcos . Come a few days early or stay longer and get to appreciate Sonora Norte.
A long day ride over to Nicori Chico will blow your mind regarding the adv riding possiblitys just a day's ride South of the uglyness en El Norte.
I'll be happy to guide anyone interested.

I will be sending out an email to all of you who reserved a room at Los Arcos or other hotels I know about to confirm you are coming and see if any rooms are free.

So it's time to ask anyone who is not here to raise their hands.

If you plan on coming and have not confirmed with me please do so via pm
I do need to have a rough count so we can plan meals and the Bacanora still. It still early so rough counts are fine.
If you think you want to camp let me know. We will have some space available.
If you need a hotel room, call and talk to our manager Vicky at 303-838-6505 (US number) or Mexican number 623-231-0289
She will help you get situated.

As of now, roads are in good shape

Questions, comments, denunciations and recriminations welcome

    See you all soon

SO I have a question it it may not be ideal to post here, but it is related. We might be coming into Banamichi right around the time that you all are having your party and we would like to crash it. Cool? Sweet! Second question is if I apply for a TIP for the bikes online, do I have to enter at the gate that I dictate on the website? If I change my mind and enter at Naco instead of Nogales or whatever, do we get a spanking? Whats the best way to apply for a permit with wanting to be flexible in that regard? And last question, is there a better entrance (mellow) in the Southern AZ area besides Naco?
    Thanks!

Sam, it's easy to get your TVIP and FMM at the border, you will have to get your FMM there anyway, The Banjercito at Naco is only open Thursday through Sunday for your TVIP, Agua Prieta is open every day and is a quicker crossing as everything is in one building. Look on the Is Mexico Safe thread page 1 for a wealth of info about the requirements.

    One month away.
Look in your email if you have booked rooms or told us you are coming.
If you are on the fence, it's time to jump. There are rooms in town just not with us at the moment. If there are cancellations at Los Arcos I'll post them here.

So if you are interested and have not made arrangements contact me via PM.

The Bisbee group will likely be riding down together so if you want to ride with them let me or @noshoes know. They typically get their TVIPs and FMMs in Naco the night before.

Carne Asada, Bacanora Still visit, folk dancers, pizza and maybe some good old rock and roll.

    Andale!

TVIP on line may workout for you but I been getting my TVIP's in Agua Prieta for many years and it's a simple
quick process . Everything in one building with well trained, knowledgeable folks. I'd just ride there cross
do your paper work have lunch and come on down to Banamichi . A beautiful 4 hour ride from AP .

at La Posada del Rio Sonora . It's a very nice hotel which I have stayed at a few times.
