4th of july ride to the Great White North

    hi folks , just thought i would put a little trip report here. The sunday before 4th of july i took off north from Joliet Il, and ended up in Grand Forks ND that night. the next few days were spent leasurely riding both the roads and trails headed to Ste Sault Marie.

    I think the north shore of Superior is THE most beautiful place i have ever been

    I saw a bear digging in garbage cans near Kenora, a moose near Dryden, and some wonderfull examples of Canadian beaver at Bunnies Show Club in Thunder Bay

    Looks like you had a fine trip. 1000km a day is a lot of road. What saddle are you using?

    So you have a Roadcrafter and the Kalahari suit?! What's the story with that?
