640 adventure frt brk advice

    Can anyone advise me on how to route brake lines for twin front brakes with a high front fender. I would appreciate it very much

    A simple way is to use the front brake line that’s off of a 2007/08 KTM 990 Adventure S or 2009/10 R model. Both those bikes have the 265mm suspension with no ABS, and the brake line on those bikes conveniently bolt right onto a double disc’d 640. The 640 has the same forks and brakes as the 990, so google search “990 Adventure high fender kit”. You should find many pictures.
