Check your woodruff key orientation on flywheel before welding pickup tab. There are at least 2 different flywheels for efi bikes that i found on ebay and RFR is also different.
So ignitech ignition is the way to go for less hassle

I have both wheels so it's not a problem I will set the ignition point with a strobe lamp

I think you need to know exact crankshaft degree that flywheel tab is in the middle of pickup coil on rfr engine.
Then find real tdc and zero your degree wheel on flywheel. After that, rotate to rfr specified angle and weld the pickup tab.

this is what my Magneto looks like after welding, now it went to the turner, unfortunately I do not have the size from the wedge to the center of the belt and I will set the rest on the engine

Either gap between pickup coil and flywheel or wiring

I have 2 flywheels, one is converted and the other is original on the original wheel, the spark is all the time it looks like flash welding and on the converted one, unfortunately, there is no spark, I need to have a magnet cover with coils on? is Magneto and impulstor enough?

If you only change magneto and there is no spark, then just check the gap at pickup coil.
I think somebody wrote in this thread, that gap needs to be reduced to 0.7 or 0.8 if i am not mistaken.
How much did magneto machining job cost you?

the gap between the pulser and the point on the magnet is max 0.2 for me and nothing resulted, the entire cost of rotor processing cost me PLN 100, which is about 25 USD

You should be able to get a spark just by swiping with a screwdriver over pickup coil

I think so too, I move the screwdriver and nothing happens there is no sparkit is on the original magnet, and there is none on the converted one and when I move it with a screwdriver, it is also gone
