Dave had just driven from southern California to Delaware (in THREE days) to pick up his bikes (along with the Shovel, also on the trailer is his "Southern Cross" Sportster, which is headed back to Cali to be donated to Lancaster H-D/Buell, one of Dave's major sponsors for his Australia adventure).

it's not a great photo, but i can tell you that Dave Barr couldn't have been more excited about what was happening today, and i think this pic will be a little extra-special to him.
