Thanks ... I carried a couple cameras, lenses, flash, etc... but everything you're seeing so far came from a Canon Powershot (except for the google screeshot).

Entire ride was solo except for when I was in the Copper Canyon area - hooked up with a group there ... they then trucked back to the states & I continued on solo from Creel.

    Inte,

We were down there and almost got snowed in at Madera on the 27th, (I think).

    What a surprise, eh?

Nope ... ferry was sold out. Had I waited to buy tickets I'd just be arriving in La Paz this morning! While waiting in line I was looking over a map around 7pm in Topolobampo after a 9 hour ride ... opted to hop back on the bike & do another lap around the Sea of Cortez instead :D

If you (or anyone else) is interested, you may very well have the opportunity. I'm working out details for an "official" tour through mainland & Baja - hooking up with guides along the way that will point us to all the best roads :thumb.

I was just exploring solo & found some great places to stay - called friends in towns along the way - asked around, etc...
