ImageUploadedByTapatalk1319933258.734313.jpg My idea was create a light off road dual purpose, then my hands start working with a nice willingness to create.
I'm stll in progress but... I like it.
I did also the tank from an alluminium 2mm sheet.
Next I will do the seat.

Great start GPmucci. Have you seen this one? I think I found this pic on Bike exif. There is more info on the bike, builder and website there. I'm digging it...and yours. good luck!

My idea was to do something looking like an old war motorbike but conserving the off road attitude of the bike.
So 21" front wheel and higher mufflers.
It is still a work in progress and each photo is different.

It's good, the original was too high for me.

Now, I continued and I show you some pictures:

Tank is done, I used some leather and a gasoline cap from a navy market.
    Rear is done.

I think its a good idea, but.. that rear fender might cause some grief, it looks like it will interfere with seatpan and/or battery box at full compression.

The fender .. just looks wrong somehow

    I had 2 possibility:

    1. Do it higher and fixed on the frame of the bike.
    2. Do as this and buy a stock of this very rare 1960 DucatiCross front fender.

For my suberb IQ I follow the second and I did collect some bills in rare front fender.

    :rofl

No, there is not interference problem Laromonster, I checked.
