Don't know his ADV avatar name, but Tim rode a Buell from NJ and Vicky flew in to Missoula. After WestFest they were riding back to NJ together. Just wanted to know if they made it alright. Very nice people. And Vicky has big cajones for a gal to come all the way to MT and then ride all the way back to NJ, all for the first time ever! My hat's off to you, lady.
Dale, the Old Fart
I left Tim a PM when I got back, but have not heard from him. He's not much into electronic conversation. He was also going to take the long way home with some stops on the way.
Tim's name on here is I believe, SkinStains.
Now thats funny
HI, everyone else, (whose names I can't remember)
Sorry I had to leave early
Flashmo, I'd like to run up to Pocatello one day and check out your custom Flyrods
Hope all is well with Tim and Vicky. Hope we hear from them soon!

Thanks for the info on Shoup! MikefromMT showed us a couple firetowers on the way south. Then TrlRdr on his 650R and I went over Horse Creek Pass and then down into Shoup. My Dad and Grandpa always talked about the oldtime gas pumps which we bought fuel from, and we got huckleberry milkshakes.
Huckleberry milkshakes?!! And I missed them? I guess I gotta go back now...
Good to see all known folks and meet some new ones. Thanks to Putz and crew for putting this one. Good seeing ya again Dean, Duke, Tammy, Putz, etc. It was wayyyyyy better than Lake City.
Here's the first bit of media.
Local Darby boys try and show Redone and I from TX the fast way down Rye Creek Rd before rolling their Toyota in under a minute. Driver exits with a rifle in hand. That was the start to our Darby based offroad experiences.

Shout out to the A-town crew Matt and (I probaby shouldn't drink so much Tequila dude, you know who you are) sorry I don't remember your name.
Oh, redone is that guy. I keep on seeing him everywhere at rallies, but I didn't know his handle on here.
In eastern Wyoming on the way to the rally:
You did it with style as well. Where are you these days?
Yeah, we actually laid it down 3 times to finally get to where we could take the front wheel off. I'm the one in the WestFest shirt.
I hope everything went OK with you having to take off early. When I heard you split, I had just come back to tell you about a couple holes on the Bitterroot I had found for us to hit the next morning.
Hey Flashmo, I will hereby refer to you as Happy Black Label Guy.
Oh and ...
My little lady is in this pic
I'm the guy in the black "boobie" t-shirt learning how to change tires
That's one of those pictures which, to me, sums up the spirit of this site very well.
Nice one, Klay.
