That is for sure. I'm 69, been riding over 54 years and am really enjoying my new KTM 350 EXC-F. It is sooooooo stinking light and has all the power I need. I've owned 3 DRZ400S's and a bunch of other dual sports, and enjoyed them all, but the lightness of the KTM is unsurpassed.

Just spent the last 4 hours binge reading your ride report...awesome! And all the wording, fantastic job.

I loved mine too until I made the mistake of lifting a 2020 500 exc in a showroom floor. The 2020 500 was lighter than 2016. So bought the 2020 500

I you bought it for dual sporting you made the right choice. For woods riding the 350 feels lighter, is more flickable and steers faster/tighter.

Agreed. If I had the money I would have both. I bought a second wheel set for the 500. One set for ST and other DS. Its not horrible on ST but you definitely feel like a super hero on the new 350's in ST

I think the 500 and 350 are both great bikes. I owned a 2013 500 and bought the 350 because I have never owned one. I could be happy with either the way I ride.

Let's be honest mate...You made the mature sensible switch from the DR to the KTM500 after I rode you to ground in the San Juan's a few years back on my 500KTM!! Hahahahahah!!

Hope you are well mate! Would love to see you again this summer and ride together. I'm off to Nepal April 2-18. I'll have a video for you when I get back.

    Rubber side down Lad!
