I haven't been doing any riding of late, been attending to family matter in Bodalla for months, with a few more to go.

I did however bring the treadly and DR down to Bodalla last week and managed to get an afternoon in on the DR. Creeks etc that I traversed are about normal, not a problem. I have been 4wd commuting via Belowra. Falcon Rd is closed following a washout back Marchish. Falcon link, or Woila Ck options are fine, but do require 4wd for ground clearance, but not a thing for the bike. The top of Woila Ck FT above the 3 hairpins has a couple of holes in it, but easy on the bike, and OK to with care on 4 wheels. 2wd down with gravity assist, 4wd up.

Might get a ride in again down there over the weekend, in between family stuff.

Down in the Bega Valley it is ok, I can't speak to up the top, too bloody cold ATM up there.
Warm days lately, a string of 19-20 degrees.

I thought you might be grateful, all that water might soften the rocks.

Tallaganda doesn't have much rock ... just trees and creeks and gullies and mud ... and trees ...

Brindies are more clay than rock ... evil red clay ... insanely cloying and slippery ...

Cowra Ck and Numeralla on the other hand ...

Nice run yesterday around the Cowar Ck rock garden

Most of the main access tracks seem to have been graded during / after the fires

Likely not as much rain in that area as Tallaganda / Brindies, although a few righteous bogs here and there

Good day - and warm ... we were astonished to be overheating in our ADV gear in Bredbo in mid winter ...

No cases in the Bega Valley so far, but our postcode seems to be on the exclusion list. That could stop our visit to the family for Father's Day sadly. I don't blame the ACT govt. for going early into lockdown either, it's the smart thing to do (are you listening Glad and Brad?).

C-19 ? So far so good but really is bore going to town [Cowra] these days - self isolate not a problem - plenty to do around here
Electric locked gate [x2] policy is great - keeps all the idiots and sales people away - that and the huge Doberman that runs around the place when we are dog-sitting for the previous owner
Enjoying life - must finish the bike for spring - maybe
    Stay safe people

I'm so glad I snuck in a ride yesterday.

The same exercise today could cost me 5 grand.

They haven't come and explicitly said 'not' - so I suspect the answer is yes but they don't want to promote it. Boating (fishing, sailing, jetskis etc) are explicitly allowed (see RMS website) as long as you comply with the restrictions on who/numbers/gatherings and aren't just lazing about on a mooring.

But you've got to keep in your LGA or 10km. If you're in one of the super-special areas, then its just 5km (not even your LGA).

Just went into Cowra for mower/ride-on fuel - no probs / few people about / no checks or road blocks
Think it depends on where you are ;- Dubbo might be a bit tense ??

People in Bermi are out playing golf claim it is exercise ! If they can do that then rideing a bike is exercise and good for mental health as long as you wear a helmet and stay 1.5 mtrs apart lol

It's been confirmed in NSW that bike riding is "outdoor recreation".
