Im curious to hear a review on the BDCW foot pegs. I have their rear rack and it works fabulous and very well made!

My last GS had Pivot Pegz. I put them on my dirt bike. They're great for off roading once you get used to the movement under you but for long touring, I wanted pegs that were a bit wider.

Im currently using Pivot Pegs and really like them. They perform well on and offroad but have been hearing a lot of good reviews about the BDCW pegs.

I looked at it a min after he posted it. I passed though, showed great control. It was still there this AM and I said bag it.

EVERY bike I have ever owned up to BMW, I had at least a new exhaust can.

On this third BMW, and at that price still sitting there, I just had to. I am looking to see what weight difference there is.

Most of my ergonomics have been done, with the RDL being the last piece for that.

Anyway I am tapping out on the spending.

I ain't got your stamina :rofl

What size foot do you have? Is it Sasquatch we should be calling you?

Seriously, is that the reason for wanting bigger pegs?

I would think I may like the pivot pegs a bunch for touring. I have the Ilium highway pegs and that is the nicest feature is they allow you to flex your heel/toe because they pivot.

They are some order sheets you posted up.

I love the MAM hand guards. They are great in the summer and gonna be super in the winter to tuck behind. He also said people are deriving benefit from them in the rain so good unexpected thing there.

Your Alt Rider order it to drool over.

    You go my man.................

I wear a size 13 and the Forma Adventure boots only accentuate that. On my list is an extended shifter because shifting is a pilates exercise for my feet currently and when I'm cornering, I scrape my boot first then pegs then crash bars.

Final order of the day placed but first, Mailed out some things I got used to the respective companies like clearwater to have them all checked and refurbished just in case there are any issues down the road, since I have until April to get all of this done, no rush on any of this stuff.

    Ordered from Revzilla:
    • Akrapovic Exhaust Header BMW R1200GS / Adventure (Stainless Steel) - $610.85
    • SW-MOTECH Adjustable Folding Gear Shift Lever BMW R1200GS / Adventure - $192.95
    • SW-MOTECH Mirror Extenders BMW - $62.95
    • Akrapovic Slip-On Exhaust BMW R1200GS / Adventure - BLACK TITANIUM/CARBON FIBER $966.31

The headers are being drop-shipped to Jet-Hot who will be coating them in Off-road Ceramic coating that is high heat and guaranteed for life.

Yes Adam, the pictures are all your's to use as you need to.
I'm not an ass man so I didn't notice your's.
PS: Good reason to keep receipts of gear purchased.
PSS: Are you keeping the needle nose ViceGrips in the new bike's tool kit?

While this makes everyone here happy, it does look like our Winter is coming sooner than we would hope. I like to ride most of November. I'm not sure if I can expect that but we'll see!

Meh, one day below freezing, barely. Last year I rode down to 10°.

I’m not riding once salt is down. I put more wear and tear on the bike last year. I really am going to take better care of this one. No funny business like riding on salt brine.

If it is any consolation, we have thunder storms right now in Santa Monica.

Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be any consolation. :D

Sergeant seat gets delivered next Wed, AltRider stuff came this week. That's about all I got...
