Hoping on Skype in a few minutes to speak with Wes Fleming on his podcast - https://www.bmwmoa.org/general/custom.asp?page=200milespodcast

Will talk about Rosie and whatever else he wants to talk about. No clue of the lead time between recording and publishing. it'll probably get published long after this thread is dead.

Edit; quite fitting, seems it’ll be out in 2-ish weeks.

What will your tagline be? "One man, one bike, 134 farkles"? ;)

Well, ideally we have more to talk about than JUST Rosie. I'm sure she'll come up and I'm honestly unable to rationalize or quantify the investment in the bike as it compares to my rider skill and the overall decrease in bike functionality despite lots of extra mini-functions that take away from the bike in aggregate. Maybe he and I will get super deep and we'll go into daddy issues.

I don't think anyone who listens to a motorcycle podcast expects to walk away with sound financial advice... we're all past that point.

Does it make you happy? Money well spent.

I did more than that. We talked for a few minutes about your tech day :)

Not sure why but I never warmed up to "Flyin' bricks" as compared to Boxers, so my vote goes for Rosie Toes for now... However, knowing how @AdamChandler approaches his builds based on Rosie's, I'm very curious as to where he'd take that build to - it'll be an interesting read! :super

    That's already happening now - https://advrider.com/f/threads/adamchandlers-felicity-1995-k75rt-build-thread.1369965/#post-37141667

    ---

Rosie will receive nothing more until the Jesse Luggage arrives next week then we throw that on and go riding (which is very close to happening)...still another 10 days at least until my license plate arrives

We need a really good half inch of rain then the roads will be cleaned up and we can ride so long as it's above 20F.

I've had good luck with jet hot and had my old pipes and silencer coated inside and out with no fitment issues or leaks. I feel bad however because I may have been the one that suggested jet hot to you... oops.

For what its worth, I'm still waiting over 6 weeks or something for my leaking Akra silencer warranty replacement.

There were a lot of people who recommended Jet-Hot to me, not just you. I don't relish on things for too long. I was annoyed, now I don't care. My bike is beautiful, sounds great with just the silencer on it so I'm happy. life goes on.
