This close to riding I think a lot of us have been having low points recently. And thanks Adam. Now I need an Rlink.

Back to Rlink, if you're considering joining Rever's Premium Tier for offline maps, ButlerMaps and more features, the Rlink is a small increase in price over that with the added benefit of reducing all friction from the process. Get on your bike, you're tracking. With historical data up to 1 year that I presume you can export + theft detection, it's going to be awesome. I'm very excited and it's something I've wanted on a bike for a long time. I use Automatic in my cars and love it.

Pace yourself so you don't get that burned out feeling which majority of us know all too well... You worked hard over the winter to put all that on so the time is around the corner to start enjoying the fruits of your hard labor!! No need for second guessing and such... :deal

And the most important thing, don't slide the bike into a guardrail this time if you can help it.

'least not until the end of riding season.

    Those December 2019 R1250GSA incentives!

My girlfriend wants to spend a month in Mexico next Winter. She's going to be pissed if I'm doing this to another bike from scratch for the 4th winter in a row.

Park it tightly behind her car one early morning with the short windscreen on...late in the month of dark October or even November.

Sure you'll lose a couple weeks of final fall rides...but after she's backed over the bike she'll certainly feel guilty enough to support NEXT winter's bike project, just in time for those December incentives on a significantly upgraded motor.

Very productive evening. Just cleaned up the basement a bit with my sister and had fun. Slight distraction and feeling a bit better. It really is just one of those weeks. Another inch of snow on Saturday has me less stressed about making the bike work for me by this weekend. Looks like I'm still not going to ride until next week anyway:

Man, I need to get my glasses checked. I am in the same boat. The ice rink, mile long road away from my house has begun to melt and is now part bog and part six inches of slush. Impassable. This has been a long winter.

I'd be pissed for sure. I'll ride some extra mileage for you tomorrow bud. I'm probably taking a run over the Cherohala...or if not, stealing my buddies GPS route he put together for a ride to Murphy, NC last week.

The only thing else to add to this bike is stickers (or a side car + golden) :p

Quite honestly, it feels really great to be done. I’m wrapping up some more installs tonight but really, we are done. I’m having an issue affixing the top box hardware but I don’t need a top box until a really long trip as I really prefer just side-boxes+ a duffel of camping gear. so I’m just coming to the end of this.

Jesse Boxes are on. They look amazing.

Took this video last night just as a general update:
