Ono Rosa is one of our favorites to break up the week as the owner tends bar and mingles with the patrons. A typical home town watering hole with good food and cold suds. Italian fare with nightly specials and meal combinations by request. Tony Cirianni aims to please the most particular palate. The bar was not crowded upon our arrival and remained that way with customers coming and going. Great parking and being right on CR 513 make it an easy access from all points. Even though it was Pi Day(3/14) and one of us came equipped, I can vouch for the Tiramisu on the desert menu. We shall return.

Survival during the nor'easters was a topic of conversation with wires and trees downed by the storm along with days of power outage. Memories of a 1959 Borgward Coupe were shared along with His/Hers snowblowers, an upcoming interview at J & J, and a business trip to Austin, Texas. The annual journey to Iowa is on the calendar.

The meeting opened at 8:19 pm with Roll Call and Committee Reports.

    A quorum was available.

We finally made it to the Hunter's Lodge without a hitch as the weather was conducive enough to ride in that evening. We were sequestered in the dining room as the slab was full. Miss Emily catered to our wishes and Brittany(pictured) relieved her at half time. Our host(Nelson) remembered us from our last visit and spent some time with us table side. No magic show was provided. The menu was varied and a splendid offering of Pasta Puttanesca was one of the suggested entrees. This sauce is named for ladies of the night. They would place pots of it in their windows to tempt men into the bordellos.

Hey, the beer was cold with Miller High Life on deck and the wings were given high marks. We shall return.

A discussion on plans for the Easter Holiday we shared among the crew as well as vacation interests for the up coming season.

Last week was only our second venue associated with the world of "Ten Pins." It was very crowded and a bit noisy, but a nice change from our usual locations. The food was good as most of us chose a lighter fair(greens mostly) and some suds to wash it down. Gotta be able to fit into those riding duds for the new season.
Most of the conversation that evening centered around the Easter Holiday and catching up with friends and family. The apparent libation for the Holiday was a Swiss cinnamon schnapps.
We were all tired of Winter and the chore of remediating the snow and ice left behind. March had taken its toll on most of us. Bring on Spring!

The meeting opened at 8:25 pm with Roll Call and Committee Reports.

    A quorum was available.

Trivia: This is the day of the year with 271 days to go.

    1968:

    1973

Old Business: Just an update regarding the Fridge Report. A container of questionable contents has been in residence for a bit and is still untouched. One of the employees has been absent for weeks and is believed to be the custodian of the the said container.
The Bandit 400 is still a work in progress., but the 636 is running well and being trimmed for track duty.

New Business: The new venue for next week was chosen and will be revealed on Sunday evening.

There being no further business to come before the crew, the meeting was adjourned @ 9:08 pm.

No Wing Report as our resident expert was on sabbatical with the Misses heading down to the "Big Easy" by way of Memphis. We should have a recap regarding BBQ, Po' Boys, and Mudbugs at our next outing.
