Greetings inmates, I wanted to get the word out that my wife and I recently purchased a campground in Custer, South Dakota. Broken Arrow Horse Camp. We cater to horse people from all over the country. But are never too full to have adventure riders like myself set up camp or use one of our cabins. The Black Hills and The Badlands have a wide verity of single track and dual sport riding and we are in the middle of it. So if you are passing through or want to stay longer and enjoy South Dakota you are always welcome at Broken Arrow Horse Camp. www.brokenarrowhorsecamp.com Adventure riders will receive 10% off their stay and if the weather turns raining you can keep your steed in a covered horse stall. 10942740_811327695607315_6925084977159836980_n.jpg 532873_352596494813773_726857226_n.jpg

Beautiful location! I grew up about 90 minutes away, and camped in the BH many times. Next time I'm out your way, I'll stay with you.

spent 4 nights camping at the broken arrow horse campground on our way to the ktm rally in deadwood.

true, it is adventure riding friendly. from the property, one could easily get to the many riding areas in the black hills and custer state park.

we arrived late on the first night, but daniel waited for us even after closing time. he didn't waste time taking us to a nice tent site and provided us a firewood. he didn't ask for payment, he just wants us to settle in and rest; next morning after we got up, we did check in and was provided with maps and tips to places to ride.

first order of the day is get a pass

never heard of DAKAL until you mentioned it.

yeah, bahcg is right in the middle of it. wish i knew about DAKAL before our trip, we could have checked out a portion of it.

that gives us a very good reason to return to SD.

I am at Broken Arrow right now, heading home after 3 rallies in 2 weeks. It's a great spot just east of Custer. A beautiful sunset and riding all the twisties tomorrow. Just cover your beer as it's a horse camp and there's some flies around. Can't go wrong with staying here.
