    Thanks for the report! We'll do the loop in the next year or two.

    You guys put your flip flops INSIDE your cases? If I thought they'd survive, I'd tow mine on a string behind me. They get stuffed under a bungie net so they can air out. Wet, muddy, gross- none of this will improve inside a case.

    Did this loop in 2010 from my home in Ottawa, Canada on my ST1300a. Went over the top of Superior and back round the bottom with a run up to Copper Harbor (nice). Did it in five days, just under 4000km. Would take more time if I did it again but I was alone and on time constraints! Was some great riding though.

    Departed today from Grand Rapids, MN heading counter clockwise. Staying tonite at an Inmate's Tent Space site.

    I'm taking 7 days. Hope to get off the Wee quite a bit.
