6'2" tall; 46" chest; 35" sleeves; 40" waist; 34" inseam; 230 lbs. I have room for the jacket liner from my Olympia jacket under the Roadcrafter.

Sounds like we are pretty close in size except I'm 6'4" and the extra 2" is in the inseam. I have a 36" inseam. Do you think the inseam on the suit would work for me?

The legs are a bit long when I'm standing, but pretty close to perfect when I'm on the bike with knees bent, including when I'm on my sporty-naked Triumph Street Triple (it was also fine on my '08 CBR600 back in the day). If you ride something with a more relaxed knee-bend, I think you'd be OK. I'd recommend you check out the fitting chart on the Aerostich website if you haven't already.
