Have a Rapid Bike unit on the way to install along with Guglatech air and fuel filters.
Ran it enough to get everything hot to re-check fasteners and make sure there's still clearance everywhere. The headers, H&B lower guards and stock upper guards are all a close fit where they mount but everything has just enough clearance and no problems with the Leo Vince headers and stock ATAS skid plate.
Bought these footpegs for $80aud. Easy to fit and I’m very happy with how they feel.
Fun, free, farkle! While organizing the garage, I came across an item from a previous project that was never used because it was the wrong part. So I checked the threads on the ATAS and they match so was able to use this STM billet oil filler cap, adding a bit of panache for basically free. Definitely feels faster.
At least 5hp more!!!!
What type of oil are you using?
So you no longer have a dipstick?
Not sure this photo belongs in this thread however I was at the Adventure Expo show today and had to take a photo of this. The Redondo Beach, CA Police motorcycle had some cool farkles, including the AR-15.
Oil fill and dipstick are separate but there is a billet dipstick available too.
Great article thanks for sharing!
Fact, anything anodized adds 5hp.
That's why any off road KTM six days makes double the HP of a regular one..
Annodized triple, axle pull, shark fin, various filler plugs...the list goes on and on
mmmm....that ohlins fork will make a nice clunk when they are riding off curbs ..otherwise, nicely done.
Anyone sporting a black beauty with red guards? Google found nothing...
Thinking it may work...
Need some inspiration :)
You getting a new AT Mike?
Got a 2019 Blackbird :)
Awesome! Still riding old red as well?
Yup. Gave that one a makeover.
Will I see you at MMM?
Depends on a few things but I hope to make it out there. Are you camping or in a cabin this year.
