Well, if they manage to get here before the weekend than I can add them to the literal PILE of stuff I have to try to get installed Sat/Sun. There are a few thing I don't I will get by the weekend so I may just pull the plastic off and try to get to it during the evenings next week.

First thing I have found that is in stock, hoping that trend is going to change.

As soon as the bikes hit the US shore I placed my orders and only thing Backordered were the Storm BB.

Even got my panniers and crashbars shipped in from Europe and they arrived in 12 days.

SW Motech that I painted the "wings" of the plate satin black, but kept the center and inside silver for rocks that kick up.

There was just to much silver going on with the skid plate and now it blends in nice with the black frame.

How sturdy are the upper crash bars?

They seem to have extra strength with the added bracket that mounts to the radiator brackets.

I will know when I wipe out in a month while doing the Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route. I wanted a higher bar to protect the fairing as the boulders are unforgiving in Colorado.

Thanks. Ya , I'm trying to keep everything black myself. Altrider is coming out with a good looking black one, but who knows when. That's a good idea you have there. Maybe I'll just do something like that.

Yes from AlburMoto.com Crash bars and panniers. They are available through www.advmotorrad.com in the USA, but they had not received their shipment when I called and the Panniers were special order. With the Euro being so low I got panniers, inner bags, lid bags, carry handles and crash are shipped to the USA for $1260 at the exchange rate 3 weeks ago, but UPS did pop me $116 custom brokerage fee at delivery for the big box. Only had one small scratch on a pannier lid, touched it up with paint and all is good.

Alburmoto offers ADV members a discount with promo code.

They look great. I bought the inner bags and lid bags for the Bumots Panniers and wasn't sure how much I would use them. They were worth the money especially if you commute. I take them in the house at night toss all my work clothes in them, toss them straight in the cases in the morning and pull them right out when I get to my office. Makes it so easy to ensure you have all you stuff in one place and not all over the place.

Just got a call from Revzilla. They apparently were told incorrectly by the warehouse. They do not have Barkbusters in stock and will not until August.

The question now is, does Twisted Throttle actually have them instock???????

I was able to order the DCT version last night at twisted. It said there were two left, I took one.

The DCT version fits the manual bike, but I don't know if it fits as well?

I don't know what say, just talked to Twisted Throttle as well. They are on order but not expected until August . . at least in black. Not sure about other colors. She said you can place your order now and the system WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER which will reserve your item until it comes in. It will not charge you card until it arrives but will show as a pending transaction for a couple of days. I told her I will wait until July or so.

I ordered the naked bars, and added black vps plastics. Maybe that helped. We'll know later today, I'm expecting a tracking #, well see.
