So, about 3 weeks now before the final version is out?

I really like your design and think it was wise of you to add the side pockets to mimic the stock set up. This will allow a much broader range of people to consider your product. I didn't read the whole thread but for my set up with the Givi cases and knowing that it will work with your product, I am definitely interested in buying it. Kudos to all the work and financial risk I'm sure this is.

Hey all, I'm good friends with both of the guys working on this project. It has been a huge sacrifice in their own personal time and funds to get this thing to be perfect and accept all the stock and aftermarket accessories. I've seen the prototypes. They are impressive. You will not be disappointed in this product. It is worth the wait for sure. BTW, I have no horse in this race, I recently sold a Super Tenere and am currently waiting on a new KTM 1090,

Have you set up a link for the pre-payments to secure orders for the racks?

Congrats you'll love the bike especially once you get about 100 miles outside of the City limits!

I'm getting desperate, sold my Street Triple and 990A a month or so back, then the transmission on my old GS took a crap last week... now commuting on my 1971 Trail 90.

We received the pockets from the fabricator and positioned them this weekend. We expect to have them welded to the pre-production prototype this week then soda-blasted and have it finished by week end. We'll post pictures as soon as we have them. Thanks for your patience guys!

We plan to be at March Moto Madness in Tellico Plains TN at the end of March and have the prototype mounted to my AT. If any of you inmates are in the area and want to see it live, look us up!

Slight schedule change: Met with the fabricator this afternoon. They said expect completion of the pre-production prototype early next week. Almost there!

Quick update: The pre-production prototype is finish welded, at the blaster, and will be ready Friday afternoon. The plan is to install the rack Saturday and post pics. Ordering information coming shortly thereafter. It's been a long ride but we're nearly there. Thanks all!

Maybe I missed it but any idea if this will be lighter or heavier than the stock tail rack?
