I may, haven't decided yet. Main goal is to spend a week or so with my father who lives north of Homer.

McCarthy and Homer are 2 of my favorite towns in AK, I love camping on the beach on Homer Spit.

4980 miles in 7 1/2 days of riding. Currently in Fairbanks at a nice hotel, I deserved it, . Maintenance day tomorrow and Arctic Circle Tuesday.

Made it to 100 mile house last night. Going to see how far I can make it today. Hyder tomorrow is the plan. I can't believe how spectacular Glacier Park here in BC is. Better than Glacier in MT imo.

Yes, we stayed there two nights in Fairbanks. $35/night. I think this is the number to reach the desk, 907-474-6769. There is someone there from 6am - 3am.

Well, we made it back to SoCal safe and sound, no problems at all. What an incredible experience our trip was. Can’t wait to go back. I made a quick video, not sure where to post it so I guess I’ll leave it here.

Tattoga Lodge near Iskut has a bit of internet and I know you can camp there. Bell 2 has wifi but, besides those two, I know of nothing else.

I stayed there and wifi is better in the lodge. They have a good restaurant there, too. Nice folks.

There were 10 guys staying there from all over, the KTM had Germany plates, most going up the Dalton. Good place to stay and free laundry.

For everyone's info the Toggata Lodge is now not a place you want to stay or stop at...the owner's wife and daughter left him to tend to the place all by himself....when I stopped there this summer he was a prick and could care less if I bought anything...I left and will never be back.

Nice work Dan, it was nice to meet you and your dad on the ride. And just to confirm, there is no way to look cool in a modular helmet that is flipped open. :D
