Hi Ras, your bike looks great! Very much how I would like mine to turn out.

Can I ask what changes you have made to the rear?

    - 18 inch wheel and a longer shock - does this give you more travel or is it just enough to compensate for the larger wheel?

    - Did you have any problems with the larger wheel clearing the swingarm?

The clamps David and Bas developed are really nice. Here they are on my bike, I'm very happy with these parts:

It's a Magura bar. For the looks it should be black:

Does anyone know of a bmw or suspension shop near NYC that would complete a fork swap using these triples and the DRZ forks? Would Max BMW?

I live in Manhattan and I don't have a garage - so not sure how I could do this myself.

You can do this. You just need to read. A lot.

Start a build thread. If you're serious we'll help you out.

Thanks guys - I hadn't thought of the idea of a shared garage. I'll definitely check it out this weekend.

Hey Pruster I am wondering how your master cylinder thing works. I have a 1978 R80 with under the tank master cylinder so all that is on the bars is a front brake perch that is part of the throttle housing. I just don't see how to make that work with a bar mounted master cylinder like is on the DRZ front end. Is it as simple as finding a BMW throttle and master cylinder combo? What bikes would have that?

Any advice or input is appreciated.

It is as simple as finding the throttle and master cylinder combo. I'm not sure if your switches will fit( I think they do but i'm not sure)
You could use an R80G/S or ST 12mm set-up if you are going to use the DRZ caliper.
When you would like to use a brembo caliper you could use a 13mm master cylinder.

It's possible to find all the mc diam. on the online.ETK. then you know which ones to look for.

Just wondering if anyone who has bought these triples from Pruster and DMaster might be giving up on the idea and would like to sell their pair or trade for something else... I have a spare pair of clamps (hpmguy, brand new, never fitted) to fit the WP4860 forks. Also hoping to see a few more pairs being installed. :ear

Just in case there was any doubt where the best airheads are being built...

(does this mean all the triples are gone? :cry)

The last sets will be send the next few weeks. They were all sold within two weeks after production.

But more of them will be made somewhere this year.

Keep us in mind when a run happens. How to get on the list?
