hi cathy, though we haven't heard from others, i will get a bag of burger patties, buns, chips, etc. so we can bar-b-q on sat night in big bear. please bring your grill and pick up 3 bundles of firewood (will pay you when i see you)

food should be good for 12 people. i guess there will be 4 of you, myself, and couple more. anyone else interested, speak now.... cuz after this weekend i ain't going back to the grocery.

$7 contribution will take care of the burger and firewood or you can donate $3 for firewood if you prefer to bring your own food.

We might make it for the duration. Either way I'd like to pitch in for food and fire though. What amount would you like ($14?)? SoPasCat: How much (If you've got space) for transport of our tent and beer (Think gas, inconvenience, etc.)?

If there is still room, I'll likely join you. Q's:
    • I'll probably meet you with my truck and bike in Wrightwood, leave the truck there overnight, toss my camping stuff and a can of gas in the support truck. Cool?
    • Any interest in hard ways to Holcomb Valley? Take all of the hard stuff next to Cleghorn, pavement to Silverwood Dam, 1N17XX (I think that's the name) to the Pinacles area, then some fun rollercoaster stuff to the T6 bridge over Deep Creek. Pick up the Malcolm Smith Trail, come out at Big Pine Flats, then easy stuff to Holcomb Valley.
    • Sunday, take 2W01 across Deep Creek and repeat most of the Saturday stuff back to the 15.
Not very big bikeable, unless your name is Riceless, but if any little bikes are up for it, I'll lead. If there's room, lemme know how much and to whom I need to get the dough. Thanks!
