    anyone done the 3N44 from cleghorn?...:ear i think that's the shortest way to get on hw138.

    that is wath sappen with dealers the want you money but they offert no quality ,maybe come up to the piutes sat/sund and ride the crf :deal.
    Today im working in a 990 the ktm dealer in venture county perform the 6k miles service ,start with the valve check again after 400 miles from previus service and the shim under the bucket on the rear cylinder are not there ,unreal

    We should be there around 1 pm Saturday with a couple of beers and steaks. If you are planning late rides, let me know what time you want the grill going for dinner. I'm heading back down the mountain around 8 or 9 pm with my designated driver :D

    I don't think i've ever done that. As far as i know that's not the "main" way to go. My map shows that as being locked on both ends.

    I think the regular way is 2N47(cleghorn offramp) to 3n22 to 138.

    I think i know where you're going. My map doesn't show 2n57, but Google Earth shows it as Sheep Creek Truck trail. And i think Pine Canyon is Swarthout Cyn Rd.

    I think......

    If you're all feeling adventureous, hit 3n49, what i call Mormon Rocks. Goes between Swarthout and Lone Pine. Big bikes can do it w/ good riders. Couple of tricky sections w/ rutty switchbacks. But it's a wide utility rode for the most part.

    I am gonna join the Saturday fun.....Big Bear and Back....gonna be a long but fun day...love that Cleghorn run....lots of cool hill climb offshoots....lots of fun and easy single track on the way too.....

    who else is coming home Saturday afternoon?
