A few years ago I passed through Angliers, PQ, near Notre Dame Du Nord, where I got a bitchin' (to an American midwesterner) french Truck Rodeo t-shirt.

In Angliers I stopped at a coffee shop on the main street, near the post office, and had breakfast. The coffee I had was the coffee that hooked me. It was like the stuff in the Foo Fighters "Learn to Fly" video.

I need to know what type of coffee that is.

    Help, please.

That's further North than I've been and I live here.

What exactly do you mean by "type of coffee"? Brand? Maybe I'm stereotyping a little, but I couldn't imagine getting anything that wasn't brewed by either a drip or perc up there.

I know. I didn't drink coffee before I drank that. Every cup of coffee I drink is a search for that taste. Anyhow - the frites, avec sauce, avec fromage were awesome too.

MapBlast says 400 miles from my place - a tad on the far side for this time of year. Maybe I'll do something next year - coffee is as good a reason as any.

Sounds like a sign I should carry around at the next Campout:
