I don't know if this counts,..... It's my wife's bike. Her dad restored it back in the late 50s and rode it in the Isle of Man TT in 1961.

    FN001.jpg

She finally parted with it but she misses it. 1902 FN, in it's day it was called the "Little Donkey" because of the intake sound it made while it was running, atmospheric intake valve. When the piston moved down, it would suck the intake valve open along with the gas/ air mixture, making a kind of reed sound or Hee-Haw. Engine speed was controlled by the advance/ retard of the ignition. Yup, no clutch!

I kick myself periodically for giving away a puch/sears allstate many years ago. I had to take it in a garage clear out deal. Gave it to a bikeless friend who promptly seized it by forgetting to add oil to the gas.

'86 VF750F interceptor although the motor is '84... its painted in MFP colours, a tribute to the MFP interceptor from madmax.
its a total ratbike but sounds great and is a hooligan to ride, took it to italy 2 years ago, and ridden it through all sorts of weather!

Look back a few posts to #101. This is the same bike - I converted it back into a scrambler this past weekend, after it had been a cafe since the 1970's. I've been accumulating parts for close to a year to do it, and it only took an afternoon to switch the parts out.

We took the Hondas out a couple of years ago. The 919 behind the R100/7 doesn't make the 30 year old cut, but the rest do.
