I'm going to be moving to the Denver area (probably Lakewood/Littleton) this fall and trying to find out more about rides in the area. I spent a few days up there a week or so back and saw all types of motorcycles going in every direction, so I assume there are some rides that form.

I have a VFR1200X with 50/50 tires that I use for easier ADV type rides, then a CRF250L Rally I use for smaller dirt rides and finally a Triumph Speed Triple for faster paved rides and trackdays. So I'm trying to find group rides or meetup opportunities for rides where I can do stuff like that.

Any recommendations on rides or places to watch for ride info? Discussion forums, FB groups, other phone apps, etc. all interesting. Thanks.

Or just post up a ride here and off ya go. Gimme a yell when you get into town and we can meet up someplace or go for a ride, although I live in Black Hawk, my work is in Littleton.

Can you get by on these dual sport group rides with a CRF250L?

Yes - you will be in a better position to pick up other riders' 650s. You're looking for a group ride, after all.
